your needs, rather than attempting to fit you to any technique.

contributes to the re-shaping of pathways in your brain. Your inner dialogue
changes, and your connections with others improve.

Process Writing™ as an effective strategy for healing.
We discuss nutrition, meditation, and other holistic strategies for mental
well-being.
Our well-being is influenced by the world in which we live—our context—we
are not just isolated selves. Ecopsychology
is a way of considering how the world impacts us, and broadening our view,
and is available in both workshops and individual therapy.
